"Mercyhurst Preparatory School is a community and a learning environment that brings out the best in all those who have experienced it. Being part of this family of athletes, scholars, educators and friends as a student from 1995-1999 and now as an alumni of the school has been both an honor and a privilege. My two brothers, Matthew and Timothy and I were all very blessed to be part of the MPS community between the years of 1995 and 2005. Not a day goes by that I am not reminded of lessons and foundations that MPS indoctrinated in me. Even now, after graduating 7 years ago and having moved and traveled all over the world as a doctoral student, I still never leave home without the morals, traditions, memories and work ethic that Mercyhurst Prep instilled in me.”

A message from our President...
Dear friends and benefactors of Mercyhurst Prep,
“To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.” (Ecclesiastes) As I write to you, the season of autumn is presenting us with awesome shades of red, orange and yellow. How fortunate we are to have the beauty of God’s creation in our lives!
Over the years Mercyhurst Seminary/Preparatory School has experienced many seasons of beauty and new growth. Our students continue to amaze us and we are always proud of their achievements as well as those of the dedicated faculty and staff who model life-long learning and a
passion for education.
As we see our enrollment increasing, it is clear that MPS is doing it right. However, this would not be possible without you, our friends and benefactors. You have continued to support us financially through the years, and we are grateful. By your assistance, we are able to provide the quality Catholic education for which Mercyhurst Seminary and Mercyhurst Preparatory School have been known for
the last 80 years!
